At BPerfect Cosmetics, we want you to be obsessed with your glow; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are unused, in their original packaging, and with all security seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization code.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your unused items in their original boxes, ensuring the Return Authorization code is clearly included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Send your package using a tracked postal service to our warehouse address provided in the confirmation email; please retain your proof of postage.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
